ANALYZE
I begin by collaborating with key stakeholders to define the project scope and target audience. We work to gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to determine learner strengths and performance gaps. This results in a learning solution(s) best tailored to the learner and business needs.
Key Deliverables: Survey, Focus Group/Interview Questions, Needs Analysis
DESIGN
In this phase, I align learning objectives with performance outcomes and assessments and recommend a learning solution(s) based on your resources and needs. Adult learning theories and instructional practices are applied to map, draft, and iterate a plan for the learning solution.
Key Deliverables: Design Documents, Storyboards, Prototypes, Scripts, Course Maps
DEVELOP
I build your approved learning solution(s) using a variety of tools, dependent on both the learning modality and your technical specifications for learner use. Thorough review and refinement allow me to finalize the deliverable(s)for final handoff.
Key Deliverables: Storyline or Rise eLearning courses [SCORM if elected], explainer video, job aids, instructor-led training (virtual or in-person)
